With our easy to use web access, all your print files, active projects, order history, shipment tracking information - everything is at your fingertips with us. You'll know exactly when your project is scheduled to print and see (in real time) as it moves through our plant.

PRINT/PRINTING

Integrated Graphics provides printing and print management services to clients who demand the highest levels of quality and control.

We have full and half size conventional printing presses for your high quality, higher quantity printing needs. From basic postcards to the annual report that has to look absolutely perfect, our artisans will pay attention to every detail of your project.

Our black and six color digital presses can handle your smaller print projects as well as any simple or complex variable printing needs you have. We also provide customers with web to print sites which send reviewed and approved files directly to our presses.

We also have wide format printers to meet your smaller quantity signage needs. We do posters, banners and other types of large format printing.

Our print schedule matches your print schedule. We can turn jobs as quickly as 24 hours when you need it. Even

 our standard turn averages about 3 days from proof approval.

BINDERY
Our in-house bindery takes the printed materials and converts them into finished product. From cutting to folding to stitching - your project takes its final form here. We also do die-cutting, collation, perf'ing, scoring, lamination, mounting, shrink wrap, and 1 to 7 hole drilling.

FULFILLMENT

Whether it's simple "pick and pack" from your inventory in our large warehouse, or complex assembly and delivery, we can and have done it all! Our web interface allows you to completely control your inventory wherever you are. You see how much of what you currently have with unmatched accuracy. You can instantly request to produce more of any item for which you are low...And when a quantity is low, you'll know because our system will warn you when it hits a preset low stock level. You or your assignees, can also request shipments from inventory and even SEE what the item is to ensure you're ordering the right one. We know you often deal with versions of materials that are VERY similar - so having a PDF to go by can make the difference between ordering the correct item and having to re-order the right one later! 

Also in our web interface, al shipments are available with tracking numbers so you know exactly where your shipped materials are.

MAILING

We are mailing experts!! When we're mailing over a million pieces a month, we have to be! We know how to easily manipulate your data, merging lists, purging duplicates, working against suppression lists and NCOA. We do everything possible to ensure you get the lowest postage rates with as little waste as possible. We can also inkjet or laser print your custom messages onto your mailing pieces.

WEB TO PRINT

We make it EASY. Yes, it can be. We have many customers with web pages through which they order print. Some have templates which allow them to change images and text, view the result and print it on our high quality digital presses. You can also upload mailing lists during the order process from which we'll mail.

If you're a larger company, we also provide reporting on who ordered what and track costs for you. There can also be security levels which define some users as "requesters" and others as "approvers" so pieces can be reviewed before being produced. You determine how much control you need.

Whether you're in the Chicagoland area or anywhere in the country, a midwest printer can make financial sense. We can ship anywhere in the country for less than an east coast or a west coast printer. The same can be said for mailing. When we mail your pieces, we can ship the pieces to local post offices for less than a printer on either cost.
